Wettest Winter

Of course I’d move to Georgia for the wettest winter any of the locals can remember. It. Never. Stops. Raining.

Ever.

I’m not even being dramatic. I’ve gotten to ride once maybe twice a week if i’m lucky. That never works well on the psyche of a horse trainer. If anyone happened to win the lottery and would like to donate the price of an indoor arena or at least some all weather footing in our outdoor I’d be forever obliged!

I did make a really fun trip down to Wellington, I’d never been before and now I can’t wait to go back. I also went to two shows in February. Both shows were a fun time…but also, at both shows it rained while I was riding. I am super freaking pumped to be writing for Eventing Nation again, documenting this years journey to the makeover! It is a life long goal to publish books and this is definitely a step in the right direction. I’m breeding my 2018 Makeover graduate, Shefightslikeagirl, next month. Can’t wait to have my very own fancy warmblood cross! Overall I’m going at a million miles an hour and working to stop and take time for myself, remember what my dreams and goals are and then make plans to work towards them.
